方議員，往君薈坊小巴線日出公園站是否取消了？另外綠色小巴線進度如何？我較希望綠色小巴線取代mtr小巴，好明顯mtr唔想提供接駁巴士，我寧願自費出將軍澳。謝謝方議員

據我所知，君薈坊村巴線在日出公園的車站仍在(客務處稱呼該站為「日出大道迴旋處」)，即公園外。

至於綠色小巴(專線小巴)服務康城，運輸署早前曾招標開辦專線小巴路線，但最終「開唔成」，我相信與擬定的路線缺乏吸引力有關。我於7月5日的西貢區議會交通及運輸委員會提出討論，署方表示已再行招標，但我都是看淡「再招標」。我會要求港鐵強化村巴服務。

Just have a suggestion:  would be better if there's VAN to Kwun Tong directly (and daily).... because we can have many choice (many kind of transportation) in Kwun Tong to other district..... thanks!!

e.g. green van "10M", from Kwun Tong to/from Po Lam daily until mid-night.....

現在甚麼設施都無, 要交$2.15元的管理費, 怎樣投訴呀? 我9月1日收樓, 11月豈不是要交管理費. 要不盡快成立業主立案法團?
