已入住3天... 唯一不滿的是toilet臭得很... 已call座頭help, 但還是不能解決，有人知道怎樣解決嗎？

pour water into the drainage of the floor. Sometimes the water dried up and cannot stop the foul gas from coming in.

When i first move in, i also experience the bad smell. Since the constructor still allow to fix the defacts, so i call them to fix it.

But i just a house-renter, can i call the customer service for help?
Or i need to call the owner to reach constructor?
是否只有由contractor來整理才能一了百了？

I am also a house-renter, as the owner don't want to handle anything. He just sign a form to allow me to follow all the defacts with constructor.
