I do not object to pay 2.11 so long as it worth for the services.
I support Option 1!!!

As long as they are offering quality service, we should also obey our side of the contract.
We know the cost of the management fee when we buy our flats, there is no point in arguing that the rate is unfair, but we of course have the right to demand the quality of the service to match with such a rate (this is exactly one of their selling point and reasoning to justify the rate back then!!)
我尊重合約, 不過都同樣要佢地比返足佢地應允的SERVICE QUALITY

而且, 我怕佢地真係減左, 之後個QUALITY 差到嚇死人, 咁就仲比左個理由佢地....
之後如果我地要佢改返好, CHARGE 我地個DOUBLE, 就真係煩...

不過我同意, 佢地而家呢個LEVEL OF SERVICE, 係唔值2.11
