其實我地根本一直都吾應該難為/埋怨/怪君薈坊 君薈坊只是看到我們的需要而商場商戶集中決定集資出資比穿巴我地提供個方便 要怪都只可以怪港鐡應該由港鐡出$比服務我地直至康城商場開始營運為止

It is because the government transport policy.
If all malls offer shuttle without ticket, would you like to choose MTR/ bus?
