Hi,
Which block are you living ? My flat does not have any mosquito. However, my flat's toilets had some bad smell before.
Then, I notifed the 長江維修部的人員. They arranged a schedule and fixed it for me.
Now, both toilets are fine now (no bad smell anymore).
If you have any problems, please call 36950013.
