So do I.....no response.....ai.....!! I guess they are still tidying up tower 1's documents.....

I think you have to push MTR or your solictor. We have called CK everyday asking the status and everyday the answer is the same "still following". Thus, we called MTR property department and get their help, eventually, CK called us yesterday that they will issue the letter to our solictor. My friend in T2 asked their solicitor to issue letter to CK and finally she received the letter already.

JLO: Oh good.....what is the contact number for MTR property department so I can give them a call and ask ask!
My current flat will need to handover to the new owner by the end of August....so i m so desparate to get my NEW flat!!!

The phone# of MTR is 39192000. For general enquiry, i.e. asking when I can receive the letter, they will call you to phone CK directly, so you should said CK cannot reply you the exact date of issue the letter and MTR being the owner of property, they should help the small owner to follow. Good luck.
